Sam Recommends: “Carry On” by Crosby, Stills & Nash

If you make it through this life without getting your heart broken, you’re probably not doing life right. As you witness friends and loved ones reeling from the pain of their own shattered hearts, you might feel pretty lucky to have escaped the torture yourself. But you may come to regret missing out on that cornerstone of human experience when you’re laid out on your death bed. And, hey, it’s not the end of the world. Getting your heart broken, that is. Most of us recover eventually. And if we do recover, we get to try our hand at love again. Because we’re just masochists like that. Either way, life goes on. And we carry on.

Rejoice.Rejoice!

We have no choice but to carry on.
